EDU Rain 

In collaboration with a UX Researcher and a UX  Designer, I audited a low-performing website to identify opportunities for increasing traffic and directed UX research and user interviews to gather data and insights. We proposed targeted design solutions based on our findings to enhance the effectiveness of the Landlord dashboard. Additionally, We presented these design solutions to ensure a streamlined onboarding process that minimized time and effort while still allowing landlords to customize their listings according to their preferences.

​Effectively managing stakeholder relationships and leading a team of up to 25 staff members, I collaborated with caregivers of children with autism and behavioral challenges to devise effective strategies for promoting cooperative behavior. Additionally, I facilitated teacher training sessions to ensure curriculum inclusivity and successfully implemented behavior modification techniques in classrooms. Contributing to school spirit, I organized events and summer camp activities, while also conceptualizing classroom systems adopted across multiple classrooms. Maintaining detailed milestone records and conducting parent-teacher conferences, I ensured clear communication and goal-setting for each child's development.

Foster Care Case Manager

Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with stakeholders across departments, I facilitated Family Team Meetings to foster consensus among family members and treatment teams. Notably, I achieved a remarkable recidivism rate of less than 2.5%, surpassing national and state averages, by skillfully orchestrating child-parent reunifications and overseeing termination of parental rights when necessary. Additionally, I spearheaded a volunteer-led initiative to create a secure outdoor area for supervised visits, and served as the DFCS Liaison for the Family Treatment Court in Bartow County. Recognized for outstanding commitment with awards such as Outstanding Field Work and Commitment Recognition in April 2017, and Employee of the Month in December 2015 and March 2018.
